If you would like to apply for a plot at the Humber Avenue Community Allotments site please read our terms and conditions.
The waiting list for an allotment is quite long but click the link below to download and print an application form. We will contact you, as and when, a plot becomes available for you.
The completed form should be returned to the address shown on the form or scanned and emailed to the email address shown.
