Guild Care is Worthing’s leading social care charity supporting local people to live well, enjoy life and love every day. Our vision is for all people in need of care to live fulfilling, safe and secure lives. Our Creating Connections team coordinate a monthly schedule of many social activities including Sow & Grow at Humber Avenue Community Allotments.

 

Creating Connections Volunteers and Guild Care members sixty-five years of age or older grow a range of plants, fruit, and vegetables from the ground up and in easily accessible raised beds at Humber Avenue Allotments. At harvest times, our volunteers and members take home some of the products of their sowing, growing, weeding, and watering for their families to enjoy, and donate the rest of the crop to Guild Care.
